Responsibilities:- Perform venipunctures and obtain/prepare blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures.
- Assist technical staff in non-clinical tasks.
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA, or equivalent agency preferred.
- Basic knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy and clinical laboratory processes preferred.
