Asset Protection Officer at Scheels

Scheels is seeking a skilled Asset Protection Officer to join our team. As an Asset Protection Officer, you will play a critical role in reducing and deterring internal loss through effective surveillance, monitoring of closed-circuit camera systems, and thorough auditing and reviewing of exception reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and apprehend external subjects for theft when all Scheels 5 Imperatives have been met
  • Conduct successful non-confrontation interviews with external or internal patrons of Scheels
  • Monitor and analyze exception reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
