Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Risk Management Expert to join our team at Target.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to the development of a secure work environment for all employees, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors. You will execute routines to identify and investigate theft and help advance Asset Protection partnerships through professional interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Investigate incidents of theft and recommend measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with Asset Protection teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage.
  • Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
