Job Title: Inventory Business Planning Process Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Business Planning Process Lead to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA's Inventory Business Planning (IBP) module, ensuring seamless integration with our existing ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in IBP processes, best practices, and industry trends to inform and align inventory strategies with the ERP implementation.
  • Design and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure inventory efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the integration of inventory management with other modules in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., procurement, production, sales).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to inventory management.
  • Support the design and configuration of product allocation processes within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new system functionalities and best practices.
  • Assist in data migration and validation to ensure accurate inventory records in the new system.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and provide ongoing support to users.
  • Support Security role mapping activities
  • Support the Supply Chain Organization on the implementation of the roles changes
  • Work with the Director STP ERP processes to finalize end to end process design
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for inventory-related issues during the hypercare period.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, end-users, and stakeholders during the ERP implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with ERP-related objectives.
  • Combine a deep understanding of existing plan to make processes with the ability to envision and plan for future improvements within the context of the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with ERP objectives.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the ERP system to validate the IBP tool functionalities, ensuring they meet the requirements of the ERP implementation, and developing unique testing scenarios as needed.
  • Be problem solving oriented to continuously drive value across the organization
  • Be a Champion of Change and support the GPO team in driving changes across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA modules related to inventory and supply chain (e.g., MM, SD).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent project management and follow up skills
  • Excellent change management and new process roll-out skills
  • Ability to create engagement and drive top performance
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Experience with both business and technology leadership relationships, including performance reporting and executive-level presentation; strong political and interpersonal skills are critical drivers of success in this role
