Overview:
The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary sales representative for the community, engaging with both prospective and current residents to facilitate property tours, provide comprehensive information about available units, process rental applications efficiently, secure lease agreements from qualified individuals, and assist with lease renewals as necessary.

Compensation:
$21 - $23 / Hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Uphold the philosophies and objectives of the property owner in daily operations to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Effective Communication: Foster positive and professional interactions with applicants, residents, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy rates in accordance with budgetary goals, employing professional leasing techniques and assisting with market surveys and advertising strategies.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure resident files are accurately maintained and organized, adhering to FPI's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Management: Follow compliance protocols and report any incidents or property damages promptly.
  • Facility Oversight: Assist residents with maintenance requests and monitor property conditions to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce community rules and regulations consistently while adhering to Fair Housing Laws and company policies.

Professional Conduct:
Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with employees, residents, prospective tenants, clients, vendors, and guests, representing FPI Management with integrity. Ensure completion of all required training for the position and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
