Serenity Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coach to join our team in Superior, CO. As a Patient Care Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals through their treatment sessions, monitoring progress, and ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, without prior healthcare experience required. Our Patient Care Coaches work closely with patients, providing one-on-one coaching and commitment to their treatment. We offer a comprehensive training program, and you will have the opportunity to own outcomes of patient treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment, ensuring a positive experience
  • Graduate our paid TMS training program, gaining expertise in mental wellness and treatment
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment, working collaboratively with our team to achieve success
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Three years' work experience in customer service required
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals
