As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Your duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Assessing and prioritizing patient needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
- PC skills
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, and transport patients
