As a Rehabilitative Therapy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive range of services to patients experiencing neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physical challenges that necessitate mobility training, strength building, specialized modalities, and neuromuscular reeducation.

In this role, you will implement rehabilitation processes aimed at promoting and restoring optimal health and well-being for each patient. You will be accountable for upholding the organization's mission and core values.



Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- Valid Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy is required upon hire or within three months.
- Physical Requirements: Medium Work (Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly).

This full-time acute care role will involve shifts at St Francis Hospital - Interquest, with a requirement for coverage at least one weekend per month. There is also an opportunity to take on additional shifts at Penrose Hospital. Candidates with orthopedic experience are encouraged to apply.
