Job Summary

Victory Church is seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and educational environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Meet state requirements for Early Childhood Teacher certification
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Compensation

$17.50-$20.00 per hour
