We are in search of a Cardiac Care Registered Nurse to join our team, ensuring that we maintain high-quality, efficient care for all patients.
We pride ourselves on our collaborative team environment and are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients within the unit to ensure quality care delivery.
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psychological, educational, safety, and related criteria for the appropriate age groups.
- Deliver professional nursing care, exercising independent judgment in the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide leadership by collaborating with ancillary nursing and other patient care team members to uphold professional nursing standards in the clinical environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- A minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is required.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (employees with RN Compact License must obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire).
- American Heart Association BLS Certification is mandatory.
