Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper Coordinator to join our team in Hollywood, FL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping of 3 company accounts, maintaining important office records and documentation, and managing office overhead and basic office management needs.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily upkeep of QuickBooks and QB Projects
  • Support the Accounting Manager with all USA-based accounts payable & receivable
  • Tracking hotel points and card rewards for company use
  • Create and provide reports to Accounting Manager via QuickBooks as required

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience in an accounting department role within the hospitality/travel/meetings/events industry
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in supporting 3 different entities
