Key responsibilities encompass managing executive schedules, organizing meetings and travel logistics, drafting correspondence, and contributing to various special initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Assistance: Compose and refine emails, memos, and other documents in both Japanese and English. Provide translation services for various materials as required.
  • Meeting Management: Arrange meetings, develop agendas, record minutes, and offer translation support during discussions.
  • Schedule Oversight: Oversee executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Travel Management: Organize travel plans and create detailed itineraries.
  • Document Development: Prepare and format documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy through proofreading.
  • Project Support: Assist in research, analysis, and coordination of special projects.

Qualifications:
