POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment while overseeing quality laundry services. This includes directing the overall operations of the department in compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice as set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.

Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in English with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute both verbal and written directions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.
- Knowledge of proper safety and sanitation techniques.
- Flexibility to work hours as scheduled based on position requirements.
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:
- Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry, ideally within healthcare or hospitality sectors.

Shift and Wage:
Full-Time Opportunity Available
Shift: Day shift, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm with rotating weekends
Wage: Up to $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
