Job Title: MP&L Supervisor

At ABC Technologies (USA Region), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MP&L Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the shipping and receiving process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels and control the movement of materials within the facility.
  • Oversee the operation of our ERP system to ensure efficient management of orders and transfers.
  • Lead and direct a team of shipping and receiving personnel to achieve operational objectives.
  • Identify and report any non-conforming products or quality issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in inventory control, operations, and/or materials management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to operate a lift truck and hold a valid lift truck license.
  • Good PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with scheduling, shipping, and receiving for a manufacturing facility, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and ability to handle fluctuating demands.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
