As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief exemplifies our dedication to assisting clients. Your role will involve organizing, overseeing, and executing work tasks to fulfill service requirements and guarantee client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production tasks while maintaining quality standards
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through feedback
  • Convey expectations to team members and supervise their activities
  • Maintain comprehensive job documentation to support services rendered
  • Manage workforce and supply usage
  • Communicate with project managers and administrative staff regarding project updates
Additional Duties
  • Comply with OSHA safety regulations
  • Ensure proper management of resources
  • Mentor and train team members
Job Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous
Skills/Physical Requirements/Competencies
  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Capability to work at various heights and in confined spaces
  • Proficient in handling cleaning chemicals
