About the LPN Role at Quality Talent Group

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Utica, New York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record vital information from new residents, including temperature and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting a safe and healthy environment.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output, ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member, providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
