Job Summary:
We seek an energetic Market Survey Researcher to join our research team in an office setting. The successful candidate will conduct investigative market research via outbound calls, gathering and verifying information, and completing data quality control activities. This opportunity offers a competitive base salary plus incentives for individuals interested in an office job.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveys and collect data by validating existing company data using methods like phone interviews, questionnaires, market analysis surveys, internet search techniques, and review of industry publications.
  • Review, classify, and record survey data for computer analysis and client usage.
  • Perform data entry into database systems and other clerical work as required for task completion.
  • Verify data accuracy and validity, correcting any errors, and collaborate with researchers on survey research implementation and completion.
  • Compose short reports or news briefs summarizing completed research.

  • Effective communication (verbal) skills to convey ideas and listen actively to others.
  • Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly, paying attention to minute details.
  • Demonstrate persistence in completing tasks and continuing efforts despite opposition or discouragement.

  • Strong technical aptitude to comprehend complex topics and specialized information.
