**Job Description:**

  • Data Management:
    • Organize and analyze environmental data provided by clients, ensuring its accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external laboratories to meet project objectives and ensure smooth communication.
    • Contribute to planning and executing project deliverables within established timelines and budgets.
  • Project Support:
    • Oversee progress tracking and documentation for active projects, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for clients, internal use, and compliance purposes.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Take on responsibilities that contribute to team success and provide input on process improvements.
    • For candidates with management experience: contribute to task delegation and mentoring junior team members.
    • Continuously enhance technical and project management skills through training and hands-on experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the environmental field, ideally with exposure to data management or project support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in an in-office team environment.
