Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at English Meadows Senior Living.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including monitoring their health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, including developing and updating care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication administration and vital signs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.
