World Class Industries is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our Product Realization team. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing electrical and electromechanical assembly processes that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize electrical and electromechanical assembly processes to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand, develop, and onboard new contract assembly opportunities.
- Prepare and participate in regular OEM design reviews.
- Design, develop, execute, and evaluate customer-driven testing requirements.
- Establish operations processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop training processes and documentation for electrical assemblies.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers to address inquiries and provide technical expertise.
- Manage project budgets and interpret Bill of Materials for electrical products.
- Act as a key stakeholder in the assessment and selection of new technologies.
- Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of practical technical experience in electro-mechanical assembly processes.
- Experience working with Sales and Customer on project requirements.
- Knowledge of PLC programming software and proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
