We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Product Realization team at World Class Industries. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing electrical and electromechanical assembly processes that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and optimizing electrical and electromechanical assembly processes
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams to understand and develop new contract assembly opportunities
  • Preparing and participating in regular OEM design reviews
  • Designing, developing, executing, and evaluating customer-driven testing requirements
  • Establishing operations processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Developing training processes and documentation for electrical assemblies
  • Serving as a technical point of contact for customers
  • Managing project budgets
  • Interpreting Bill of Materials for electrical products
  • Acting as a key stakeholder in the assessment and selection of new technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of practical technical experience in electro-mechanical assembly processes
  • Experience working with Sales and Customer on project requirements
  • Experience in standard project management activities
  • Knowledge of PLC programming software is a plus
