Our latest initiative, Loyal Healthcare, currently operates over 20 advanced facilities in 11 states throughout the Western United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Ph.D./Psy.D. from an APA-accredited institution
  • Licensure: Must possess an active and current Psychologist license

Position: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Work Arrangement: Hybrid. The majority of the work will be conducted via telehealth from home, with occasional in-person visits to Veterans.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation Details: This role is classified under a Service Contract Act (SCA), offering an hourly rate of $57.04 along with a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.23 per hour, totaling $61.27/hour or approximately $127,441 annually.

Position Overview

As a psychologist, your role will involve conducting Medical Disability Evaluations (MDE) for veterans submitting disability claims related to mental health issues such as PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety through the Veterans Benefits Administration. These evaluations will consist of mental health assessments and medical opinions performed remotely, without any treatment. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including evaluations for PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and more
  • Provide expert medical opinions for mental health-related claims
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and VA regulations
  • Perform one-time mental health evaluations for Compensation and Pension purposes
