Job Summary:

The Distribution Center Lead will oversee and assist with the day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and associates, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with the day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and associates
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and provide training and feedback as needed
  • Assist with implementing work procedures to increase productivity and improve service within the operation
  • Record and track inventory, equipment, and supplies in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with management and administration to ensure smooth operations
  • Champion safe working conditions and monitor associates to ensure safe operation of equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. Travel to the Field Support Center and other destinations may be required.
