Job Title: LPN - 7am Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The Seasons. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
  • Conduct admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
  • Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
  • Track clinical systems, such as wounds or infection control, under the direction of the Director.
  • Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
  • Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident's health and provide proper documentation.
  • Respond quickly to all emergencies.
  • Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
  • Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
  • Understand the role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
  • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Formal training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
  • 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse's License in the state of practice.
  • CPR Certification.
