Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide assessment, consultation, and direct occupational therapy to students in special education programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' skills and abilities, including oral motor, sensory, integration, motor planning, fine motor skills, developmental function, reflex, and range of motion.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address students' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with students' families and staff to ensure effective implementation of educational programs and to monitor students' progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to develop and update short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Provide clear and concise reports to parents and IEP teams on students' progress and recommendations for future interventions.
Requirements:
  • Illinois state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Relevant school-based occupational therapy experience.
