Computed Tomography Radiographer

Job Summary:

As a Computed Tomography Radiographer at UW Health in Northern Illinois, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality images for patient diagnosis and treatment. This position requires a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with a focus on computed tomography (CT) scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT scans and related techniques to produce sectional anatomic images
Collaborate with licensed practitioners to ensure successful completion of procedures
Provide exceptional patient care and exercise professional judgment
Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA)
Accreditation and registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Advanced certification in computed tomography is preferred
