Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic and neurosurgery procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adhere to Conway Regional's policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas.
- BSN degree preferred; if less than one year of experience, must obtain a BSN degree within four years of hire.
- Certification preferred.
- Proof of high school or equivalent education.
- Successful completion of American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
