Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Ensure all stations are ready for operations, including accuracy, speed, and a sense of urgency
  • Restock and maintain cleanliness of respective areas, including condiment boxes, patient delivery carts, and ice cream freezers
  • Assist patients with opening items and ensure all set-up and breakdown of stations are cleaned and sanitized between shifts
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including starter stations, air-curtain refrigerators, and beverage centers
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels of supplies and equipment
  • Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
