Job Title: Delivery Associate

At Tao Group Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering prepared orders to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery station, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and inventory is tracked.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery associates and packers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Assist with packing food and beverage for delivery, pickup, and catering orders.
  • Ensure all items for an order are present in delivery bags and catering boxes.
  • Follow supervisor's instructions and communicate with and support co-workers as a team player.
  • Portray a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners.
