MOKA CORPORATION is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Residential Support to assist in various residential facilities across Muskegon County.

We offer part-time opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. No prior experience is necessary, as MOKA provides comprehensive paid training.

Starting pay is $16.85 per hour, with potential for overtime compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care for individuals with disabilities in a home setting.
  • Serve as an advocate for the individuals and their families.
  • Monitor and document any changes in the physical and mental health of those in care.
  • Administer first aid and basic nursing tasks as required.
  • Protect the privacy and dignity of individuals and report any signs of abuse or neglect.
  • Implement programs for individuals and track their progress as needed.
  • Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, minor home repairs, and light maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
