Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, with the potential for additional compensation based on performance and experience. About the Role

As a Traveling Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall success of the food program and overseeing culinary functions within an acute care setting. You will assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation, ensuring adherence to client culture and guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards and expectations.

This support role involves heavy travel between 7 accounts within the enterprise, with approximately 70% of your time spent working directly with front-line hourly team members. Your location must be based out of Eau Claire, WI or LaCrosse, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation and cooking of various food items.
  • Assist with planning and creating menus.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team.
  • Assist with managing cost controls and controlling expenditure.
