Adhering to a proprietary recipe, the Frosting Specialist employs specific frosting techniques and food safety protocols to create our signature frosting and beautifully decorate our delectable cakes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adheres to NbC's exclusive frosting recipes and application techniques with accuracy while achieving productivity targets.
- Utilizes measuring tools, commercial mixers, and pastry bags effectively to frost cakes.
- Prioritizes cake orders based on the production schedule and frosts cakes for customer orders accordingly.
- Ensures that a sufficient supply of samples and frosted cakes is available for display and maintains proper inventory levels.
- Follows correct packaging, labeling, and storage procedures for frosted cakes, ensuring compliance with product rotation standards.
- Monitors frosting supply inventory and alerts management when restocking is necessary.
- Evaluates both baked and frosted cakes to confirm adherence to NbC quality standards and reports any quality control concerns to management.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workstation, prepares frosting supplies for the next shift, and cleans equipment as needed.
- Complies with all health and safety regulations and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

Flexibility to work during busy holiday seasons is essential. Morning shifts typically run from 9:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM, while afternoon shifts are from 3:00/4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Weekend availability is required. Currently seeking candidates with both morning and afternoon availability.
