In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and caregivers. Your responsibilities will include verifying patient credentials, processing orders, managing transactions, and providing insightful product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authenticate patients and caregivers using the electronic verification system.
- Prepare and package orders for patients.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently.
- Utilize the point-of-sale system for sales operations.
- Maintain precise records of transactions and patient information.
- Address inquiries from patients and caregivers, offering accurate product knowledge.
- Comply with Hazard Communication policies and procedures.
- Follow all standard operating procedures established by CULTA.
- Uphold sanitation standards as per company guidelines.
- Inspect incoming cannabis products for quality assurance.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards for identity, strength, quality, and purity.
- Adhere to protocols that protect product integrity and prevent contamination.
- Maintain compliance with dispensing operations policies.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately.
- Collect applicable sales tax on transactions.
- Implement internal controls for cash handling.
- Follow cash security protocols diligently.
- Record transactions manually if the point-of-sale system is unavailable.
- Assist in physical inventory counts as needed.
- Report any incidents of dispensing errors or product loss to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Must be over 21 and able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Office 365 and quick to learn new software.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
