Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage production lines to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement production schedules and plans
- Monitor and control production costs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise and train production staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, engineering)
- 4-5 years of experience in a production or operations management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
