  • Build applications supported by relational databases, applying RDB design principles.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT roles.
  • Compliance with DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, holding certifications such as Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Amazon Web Services.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across various tiers.
  • Experience with Angular for frontend development and UI/UX design.
  • Knowledge of microservice architectures and integration with COTS/FOSS software REST APIs.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation, preferably with GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Experience in Windows/Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS administration.
  • Desktop support and domain/system administration experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of cloud APIs and AWS CLI interactions.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Markdown, and portal development.
  • Database experience, particularly with Postgres.
  • Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes and Continuous Integration tools, including GitLab and Nexus.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
  • Agile/SAFe certifications.
