* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the unit
* Develop and implement policies and procedures
* Mentor and train less experienced nurses
* Maintain the standards of care for the unit
* Review resident records and quality of care
* Monitor overall care and review individual resident cases
* Address questions or complaints from residents or their families
**Requirements:**
* Valid State RN License
* 3 years long-term care experience preferred
* 2 years charge nurse experience preferred
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
