Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

SVI Recruiting Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations and strategic direction.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with business units to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital allocation.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support our overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risk by analyzing our financial performance, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Lead the accounting department, including developing and maintaining internal controls, and ensure adherence to bank policies.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial analysis, guidance, and support in achieving their strategic goals.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay abreast of current trends in the banking industry and advise senior management on relevant financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements for banking institutions.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating a team.
