Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Management Leader to join our team at Chobani. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy across all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and innovation in our brand approach.
- Manage and mentor a small team of creatives, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Oversee the development and execution of design concepts across various platforms, including packaging, retail spaces, digital assets, marketing materials, and more.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and differentiation in our brand approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- ~8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a design team.
- ~ Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand identities across multiple channels.
- ~ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with a focus on branding and packaging design.
- ~ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and understanding of digital design principles.
