About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a 405-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, providing exceptional care to our residents. As a CNA, you will be responsible for observing residents, reporting health issues, and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Responsibilities
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' health status
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, shaving, and dressing
  • Set up and serve meal trays, and document food and fluid intake
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
  • Make beds and maintain a clean and tidy living environment
  • Transport residents within the facility
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data
Requirements
  • Must be able to work as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
