Job Description:

About the role:
  • Oversee sanitation operations and personnel in a sound, cost-effective manner while meeting and exceeding plant's operational goals & objectives for quality, safety and GMP regulations.
  • Maintain precise and timely sanitation records in compliance with all regulatory audits, including SQF. Collaborate with QA to ensure all products meet the company's high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and track necessary supplies required for the sanitation process.
  • Document all sanitation activities on the master sanitation scorecard while also completing KPI reports for both internal and external review. Make adjustments to the MSS to adapt to changes in our business.
  • Ensure employees are trained and performing effectively.
