Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse Specialist

NavitsPartners is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in New Jersey.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse who can provide critical care to newborns with complications after birth. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of NICU experience and be able to manage premature infants, those with birth defects, or infants with medical conditions that require specialized care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor infant vital signs, provide interventions, and document care according to established guidelines.
- Coordinate with pediatricians and neonatologists for complex care needs.
- Educate parents on newborn care and progress.
Requirements:
- ASN degree required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience; NICU experience in a labor and delivery setting preferred.
- BLS-AHA, NRP, NJ State RN license required; NICU certifications preferred.
