Role Summary:

The Pool & Beach Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive their food and beverage orders promptly and courteously. This position involves retrieving orders from the kitchen and serving them to guests lounging by the pool and beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with management as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
  2. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and express gratitude as they leave.
  3. Communicate guest feedback and concerns to the Restaurant Manager or Pool & Beach Manager.
  4. Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and assist guests in placing their orders.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, while maintaining cleanliness by clearing used dishes and replacing them with clean items.
  6. Perform routine opening and closing duties, including setting up service stations and preparing dining areas.
  7. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, adhering to established procedures.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential. Previous experience in food service is preferred, along with a basic understanding of food handling and service standards.

Physical Requirements:
