Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other banking team members to achieve business objectives and support each other in meeting client needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum one year of relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience, preferably in the banking industry.
- Licensing: Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently registered.
