Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right vehicle that meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their requirements using your knowledge of CarMax's inventory.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from sale or appraisal to test drives and financing applications.
- Ensure all relevant records and documentation are completed accurately to facilitate smooth transactions for our customers.
- A competitive hourly wage during training and for the first 640 hours of selling.
- The opportunity to earn commissions as a primary source of pay after completing the initial training period.
As a Sales Consultant at CarMax, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year.
- 80-200 hours of paid vacation time per year, depending on your years of service with the company.
- 8 hours of pay for each of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year, plus 1 floating holiday.
