Role Summary

This Senior User Experience Designer position plays a vital role in shaping the future of user experience at Booz Allen. As a key member of our design team, you'll leverage your expertise to create innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Your ability to balance technical and creative skills will enable you to communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver designs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the user's advocate throughout the product design and development process.
  • Conduct user research to inform strategies for developing AI capabilities.
  • Leverage industry whitepapers to produce UX frameworks.
  • Aid user adoption of AI capabilities through training.
  • Develop scalable frameworks or strategies for user adoption and user experience.

Requirements

You must possess a Bachelor's degree and Secret clearance. Additional qualifications include experience developing an analysis of alternatives, knowledge of high-level data and AI concepts, and Agile development.
