About the Role

The Clinical Partner (CP) is a vital member of the nursing team at Doctors Hospital, working in close collaboration with registered nurses to provide high-quality patient-centered care. This role requires a strong foundation in basic technical nursing skills and the ability to perform delegated tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver safe and quality patient care.
  • Assist with patient assessments and evaluations, and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an acute care facility, preferably in the state of Florida.
