Warehouse Operations Specialist

At Rich Products Corporation, we are dedicated to inspiring possibilities through our innovative food solutions. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain logistics.
Key Responsibilities:- Shipping, receiving, and transporting packaging, ingredients, and finished goods for the facility.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by observing all safety rules and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and material handling.
- Performing daily inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Verifying deliveries and discrepancies by inspecting materials and comparing them to delivery receipts.
- Entering necessary documentation into the company's computer system.
- Organizing and rotating old materials with new.
- Assisting management with inventory balances through physical cycle counts.
- Labeling open and partial ingredients and packaging.
- Checking production schedules daily to stage packaging and ingredients as needed.
- Performing all other warehouse and freezer duties.
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate all forklift equipment.
- Must be trained and recertified annually for forklift license.
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Must possess basic math and computer skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- One year or more material handling experience.
- Ability to regularly stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility.
- Hearing ability to meet manufacturing facility safety requirements.
