Field Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Nationwide Studios is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Specialist to manage the training and assessment of Photography Managers and Photographers. This role is responsible for ensuring best practices are followed in all field operations and for creating and updating training manuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to Nationwide Studios territories to train new and existing employees
- Create and update training manuals for Photographers, Territory Managers, and Photography Managers
- Ensure all best practices are followed in the field, including scheduling, photographing, and post-photography tasks
- Conduct regular assessments of field employees
- Work with the inventory department to ensure photography equipment is kept to industry standards
- Troubleshoot photography issues and questions received via the Field Support phone line and email
- Serve as a quality control liaison between the home office and field operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional photography experience
- 5+ years of experience in a professional management role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- Experience with digital training and testing software, video editing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation:
The compensation package includes a salary starting at $45,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
