Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily warehouse tasks, which include loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining an active presence on the warehouse floor.
  • Safely operate different types of material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Utilize bar code RF scanners to ensure the quality and accuracy of inventory management.
  • Assist with occasional deliveries within a designated radius, ensuring timely and precise distribution of products.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by helping with product unloading and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-trip inspections in compliance with safety regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to prepare trucks for the following day, enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation and RF scanning technology is required.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting and walking significant distances daily.
  • A strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • Possession of a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and a current DOT medical card is preferred but not mandatory at the outset; a willingness to obtain these credentials is crucial.
