We are in search of a dedicated Infrastructure Software Engineer to enhance our team. This role will primarily focus on developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions while also engaging in software engineering practices, promoting efficiency, and enhancing developer experience.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in discussions surrounding Kubernetes, Terraform, and DevOps methodologies, with a strong familiarity with the AWS cloud platform. A passion for measuring efficiency in dynamic environments while ensuring quality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement infrastructure solutions with guidance from our technology leaders.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize the infrastructure experience.
- Develop and monitor sophisticated metrics and alerting systems for both internal and customer-facing applications.
- Assist the infrastructure team in navigating innovative cloud technologies and industry advancements.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to enhance your skills in HCL, YAML, and Golang.
- Experience in Infrastructure Software Engineering, particularly in managing dynamic cloud environments (Kubernetes via EKS) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices (we utilize GitLab CI and Argo CD).
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud solution design patterns (networking, microservices, messaging, distributed caching, containers, IAM, etc.).
- Starting Pay Range: $100,880
- Pay Range End: $167,520
This compensation range is a component of Hasbro's total compensation package. Employees may also qualify for annual and long-term incentives, along with a variety of benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation Time & Holidays, a generous 401(k) match, Paid Parental Leave, and more.
