Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions with guidance from our technology leaders.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize the infrastructure experience.
  • Develop and monitor sophisticated metrics and alerting systems for both internal and customer-facing applications.
  • Assist the infrastructure team in navigating innovative cloud technologies and industry advancements.
Qualifications:
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to enhance your skills in HCL, YAML, and Golang.
  • Experience in Infrastructure Software Engineering, particularly in managing dynamic cloud environments (Kubernetes via EKS) using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices (we utilize GitLab CI and Argo CD).
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud solution design patterns (networking, microservices, messaging, distributed caching, containers, IAM, etc.).
Compensation Overview (USD):
  • Starting Pay Range: $100,880
  • Pay Range End: $167,520

This compensation range is a component of Hasbro's total compensation package. Employees may also qualify for annual and long-term incentives, along with a variety of benefits including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation Time & Holidays, a generous 401(k) match, Paid Parental Leave, and more.
